Delta’s Advanced Medical Power Solutions Spotlighted at CMEF Spring 2024

Shanghai, China - April 11-14, 2024 - Delta, a global leader in power management and provider of IoT-based smart green solutions, proudly participated in the China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) 2024, held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanghai, China. As one of the largest exhibitions for medical devices and equipment, CMEF Spring 2024 provided an exceptional platform to showcase our cutting-edge medical power supplies tailored to meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

During the event, Delta highlighted a range of medical power solutions designed to address the specific requirements of various medical equipment, including:

CT Scanners and MRI Machines:

Delta’s configurable power supply MEG-A Series offers highly efficient and stable power for CT scanners during constant high-speed rotation. With its compact design and up to 9-slot frames, users have the flexibility to configure power supplies with a maximum capacity of 3 kW and a voltage range of 2 VDC to 60 VDC. Additionally, the upcoming MEB-2K5A model from the enclosed medical power supply MEB Series, achieves a maximum power density of 29 W/inch³, ensuring excellent power efficiency for MRI and other high-end medical equipment.

Ultrasound Machines:

For ultrasound machines requiring stable power supplies and low noise operation, Delta offers the open frame medical power supply MEU Series. Purposefully designed for small to mid-sized, typically portable medical devices, these convection-cooled power supplies boast a power density of up to 17.25 W/inch³ without compromising on derating performance and power efficiency.

CPAP Machines:

Delta’s AC-DC adapter MEA Series provides CPAP machines with reliable power to maintain continuous airflow and pressure for treating sleep apnea and respiratory conditions. It conforms to IP22 protection and DoE Level VI efficiency standards. This adapter provides safe, high-efficiency power, applicable not only to CPAP machines but also to handheld ultrasound machines, endoscopy equipment, and medical displays.

Anesthesia Machines:

Similar to CPAP machines, anesthesia machines also require stable power for consistent delivery of gases and monitoring of functions during surgical operations. Delta offers open frame power supply MEP Series in 120 W and 200 W power outputs with compact standard footprints, noiseless convection cooling, and excellent power efficiency. At this event, Delta unveiled the upcoming MEP-600A featuring GaN technology packaged in the industry standard 3” x 5” footprint and can deliver 600 W with forced air.

In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Devices:

Delta’s enclosed medical power supply MEB Series meets the efficiency and cooling requirements for in vitro diagnostic devices, offering various output voltages (12 V, 24 V, 36 V, and 48 V) and features forced air cooling.

Delta Electronics extends its gratitude to all attendees for visiting our booth at CMEF Spring 2024 and looks forward to continuing to provide innovative solutions for the healthcare industry.
