The annual Automation Taipei tradeshow was just held from August 20th - 23rd at Nangang Exhibition Center. This year, various solutions were presented to echo Delta’s main theme of “AI-Enabled Smart Manufacturing”. The highlights included the collaborative robot that integrates the AI cognitive module, cyber-physical demo line, smart manufacturing solutions, automated logistics solutions and charging and power solutions for smart logistics e-vehicles and process equipment.
Charging Solutions for Smart Warehouse and Logistics
The simulation of the M∞Vair 1kW Wireless Charging System and the M∞Vbase Multi-port Charger’s applications in warehouses and logistics with the self-developed AGV was the main focus at the Smart Logistics Area. The high-power M∞Vair 10 & 30kW Wireless Charging System for forklift charging were also on display.
Delta exhibited the newly-launched M∞Vbase Multi-port Charger and the M∞Vair Wireless Charging System 1-30kW models. The Delta Robotics Innovation Center (DRIC) demonstrated an automated guided vehicle (AGV) integrated with the M∞Vbase Multi-port Charger and the M∞Vair 1kW Wireless Charging System. This live demo illustrated the simulation of flexible charging via the two charging systems in warehouse and logistics scenarios. The M∞Vair series 10kW and 30kW models for high-power forklift charging were also on display to cover a wide range of applications.
A Delta colleague introduced the M∞Vair 1kW Wireless Charging System and the M∞Vbase Multi-port Charger to visitors.
The M∞Vbase Stationary Charging System is designed for contact-charging vehicles, offering up to 30 kW power and 94% energy conversion efficiency. This year, Delta launches the latest multi-port charger as an extension module to the M∞Vbase Series, and it enables a highly efficient power distribution to charge up to three industrial vehicles simultaneously, simplifying on-site charging infrastructure and saving space and costs.
The M∞Vair Wireless Charging Systems features a primary and an onboard unit. The Series offers 1-30 kW wireless, contactless fast charging for various AGVs/AMRs, pallet trucks, forklifts, and stackers. Adopting Delta’s patented PPL (Pad-Pad-Link) communication technology, the M∞Vair series ensures safe and stable wireless charging communication, achieving up to 95% efficiency.
Power Solutions for Smart Factory Equipment
The latest DIN rail power supply, the DIN ECO and the DIN PRO Series, and the panel mount power supply PMS Series were demonstrated.
Echoing the theme of smart manufacturing, the latest DIN rail power supply, the DIN ECO and the DIN PRO Series, and the panel mount power supply PMS Series were demonstrated. In the middle of the panel, an LED light box demo was showcased, which integrated videos and physical products, attracting visitors’ attention.
The PMS Series is the latest panel mount power supply. Compared to the previous models, this Series supports the PMBus® communication protocol for real-time monitoring and control, enabling predictive maintenance and stable production line. The PMS Series is available with 24 V and 48 V output voltages and offers 750 W, 1,200 W, and 2,500 W models. Its active current sharing design enables distributing load current among multiple parallel power supplies to prevent overload or shutdown. It also supports peak power, satisfying sudden power surge demand, suitable for inductive load applications such as cobots and motor drives.
Delta demonstrated the DIN ECO, DIN PRO, and PMS Series industrial power supplies for various automation equipment, attracting many visitors during the tradeshow.
For advanced equipment and industrial cabinets, Delta launched the new DIN rail type power supplies, the DIN ECO and DIN PRO Series, with 120W - 960W power outputs. The high-end DIN PRO Series features up to 500%/2ms peak power, allowing high current tolerance in a short period of time. It is suitable for applications that have huge power surges, such as motors and semiconductor equipment. The DIN ECO Series targets price-conscious equipment such as CNC (computer numerical control) machines, machine tools and others. The Series features a compact form factor and high power density to offer stable, effective power. The two Series demonstrated Delta’s leading technologies and its ability to rapidly respond to market demands.
Delta advertised its industrial power supplies to reach more potential clients during Automation Taipei 2025.
