Delta PMF Panel Mount Power Supply Series is Now Available with 231W for LED Signage Application

Delta Electronics has added a 231W panel mount power supply with 4.2V output for LED signage application to its PMF series. The PMF-4V320WCGB comes with universal AC input and is designed with built-in active PFC for demanding applications requiring high power factor and conforms to harmonic current IEC/EN 61000-3-2, Class A and Class D. The built-in fan with automatic speed control enables more efficient thermal management.

The short circuit protection operates in “Hiccup mode”. This means that the output will return to normal operation after the short circuit condition is removed. Such “Hiccup” behavior can help to protect against wires melting due to heat generated from high current when connections are wired wrongly.

The PMF-4V320WCGB safety standard is certified according to IEC/EN/UL 60950-1 Information Technology Equipment (ITE); EMI standard according to EN 55022, Class B and are fully compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU for environmental protection.
