Delta’s Renewable Power Solutions
Delta’s industrial power supplies and DC-UPS modules are designed for harsh and hazardous applications to meet the demanding requirements for reliable operation in environments exposed to inclement weather, fluctuating temperatures, and pollutants such as dust and gas. Our conformal coatings offer protection in tough environments, and the wide operating temperature range of our DIN rail power supplies and DC-UPS modules also provides added reliability.
DIN Rail Power Supplies
The CliQ M Series DIN rail power supplies are designed to meet the demanding requirements of marine, offshore, and wind power applications. These industrial power supplies comply with wind power HVRT standards, guaranteeing stable performance even when experiencing high voltage. Furthermore, they are approved by DNV GL and ABS for marine and offshore use. The CliQ M Series operates effectively across a wide temperature range, from -25°C to +70°C, with a cold start capability at -40°C. This makes it an excellent choice for high-temperature and extreme conditions, ensuring stable and reliable operation. With conformally coated PCBAs, the CliQ M Series is durable enough for outdoor use in remote environments, such as offshore wind farms or solar energy installations in deserts. Its high power density, combined with a corrosion-resistant aluminum casing, ensures long-lasting performance in harsh conditions.
Delta's Force-GT Series offers powerful and efficient DIN rail power supplies in a compact design, fitting neatly into confined systems or small on-site control cabinets. These units maintain stable performance at high temperatures of up to 60°C without derating for single-phase models, making them well-suited for harsh environments. Equipped with long-life electrolytic capacitors, the Force-GT Series ensures extended service life and enhanced reliability. The Series also includes a built-in constant current circuit, enabling efficient handling of reactive loads. For added convenience, spring clamp terminals simplify wiring, saving time and effort during installation. Designed to withstand vibration, shocks, and thermal variation, the Force-GT Series is an excellent choice for wind turbine systems, including pitch control systems and control cabinets for the main system and converter.
DC-UPS Modules
The CliQ M Series DC-UPS modules are designed to seamlessly integrate with Delta's DIN rail power supplies, minimizing downtime during power failures. Offering various output currents of 10 A, 20 A, and 40 A, and a wide input voltage range from 18 to 30 Vdc, these modules support flexible applications. They can charge batteries at 18 Vdc and include a 150% power boost function for 24 V systems. With a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C (-40°C cold start), they deliver stable performance in rigorous and high-temperature environments. Conformally coated PCBAs enhance durability for outdoor use in remote locations, while the full corrosion-resistant aluminum casing extends lifespan, ensuring long-term system stability. Built-in diagnostic monitoring for Battery Ready, Buffering, and Replace Battery status ensures preventive function monitoring, reducing the risk of unexpected failures and maintaining operational continuity.
