Delta expands the DIN rail power supply Chrome II Series with the new 15 W model, which offers 5 V, 12 V, 24 V optional outputs, and a 5 V selection of the existing 30 W version. Both feature slim widths of 18 mm (15 W output type) and 35 mm (30 W output type) , allowing the application to low-power-required and space-limited equipment such as smart home systems, building automation, and industrial control panels.
The Chrome II Series features -40°C to 70°C operating temperature and up to 50°C full load power delivery, ensuring reliable performance in challenging environments. The Series conforms to the Class II double isolation design which spares earth connection and compact design to be aligned with DIN 43880, a standard defined dimension for distribution boards of building control and automation systems. It also complies with the DoE Level VI standards and features low no-load power consumption, reducing unnecessary energy consumption for clients.
The Series is certified to IEC/EN 60335-1 and IEC/EN 61558-1/-2-16 standards, ensuring electrical safety for building automation and household appliances. Additionally, the Chrome II Series meets IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 and IEC/EN/UL 61010-1/-2-201 standards for industrial applications. It also conforms to the NEC Class 2 and Limited Power Source (LPS) for environmental protection, highlighting Delta’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
